The High Court has just handed all Council Tax defendants a potential £4000 Christmas bonus if they sue bailiffs for attempted enforcement which has just been made illegal by a landmark ruling in the case of Leighton versus Bristow and Sutor which showed that the bailiff company didn’t have the correct paperwork when they turned up during an 8 year campaign of alleged harrassment even when they visited the defendants elderly parents house to extract money.

I phoned the council tax office this afternoon and I recorded the whole conversation.
Guess what, I tricked the chap at the other end to admit that the Magistrates Court Summons was not issued by the court, but was instead issued automatically by their system, presumably their computer system.
I’ve actually got the recording on my phone.
Where do I go from here?

I haven't paid council tax for over 17 years for various reasons, but the main issue is because CT subsidizes mercia police who have ignored the paedophile gangs in Telford for over 40 years !

The real reason councils use Magistrates courts (hiring a room) is to create fear in the unsuspecting public by making them believe that they have 'committed' a crime .

we need a guide that tells us what to do step by step, and what to expect. If everyone follows this then the corruption will end. Can you imagine if a local council gets 10k plus enquires?

I've always had the feeling the system was against us all, growing up I never understood why we had to pay so much to exist, but it's only in recent years when it's all really hit home. I really want to stop being scammed I just need to fully educate myself and then be able to go through the battle using the legislation but it's daunting.

For the 1st time in my life i have been looking into this along with gas electric and water, i did my council a letter asking them to prove that i owe the money they say i do - there is a little more to it than this but i have not had a reply and not paid a penny because they have not asked for it since my letter - i have had a few people already ask me for a copy so they can do the same - we have been lied to since birth about everything - and i mean everything - if you know - you know

Long story short, I lived out of the UK for 5 years and rented my property out, when I got back to the UK, I took possession of my property as the tenants left. The house was stood empty for 3 years as I was upgrading modernize the property. The council sent me the CT bill, I ignored it. And kept ignoring the council. They said that I had to pay CT even if the property is empty, they want £5000 as I was in arrears. So I dug my heels in. and told them that I was not going to meet their demands did a little research, I sent them a letter reminding them that they use a rented room, and the top bench had be the true magistrates and under oath. I also reminded them the summons was fake. So low and behold, no summons no court appearance, but they have instructed the bailiffs for a visit, so I’ve sent off a DSAR request. Now waiting for a reply. Thanks Gavin (beat them at their own game) 😊

My council have continued to send massive bills even after telling them I'm currently out of work and have 2 small children. My last bill was £1000 It's laughable!
I've just sent the template letter asking for proof of costs, etc. I'm now waiting for their response.

They've even the cheek to call us customer's when in reality a true customer has a choice, but the council give you no choice it's either pay up or else, it's a criminal cartel plain & simple.

I have not paid water bill for 12 years.
Anglican water is owned by share holders :
Canada 30%
China 9%
France 10% etc
Infrastructure ignored, shareholders paid.
Do not contact them:
Return all letters: use sticky paper ticket to stick on the letter( their property( sticky paper yours !

No contract : no alleged debt:
Do not read their letters, simply send them all back to the sender.
Do not write on their property( letter)
It’s a tacit contract.

Wow that was a rousing ending nearly jumped in the air, I got my summons this morning feeling totally depressed about it. I live in a council house now after already losing my house and being declared bankrupt when my partner got cancer, he wasn’t covered on my insurance, I had to come out of work to look after him and we waited 18mnth for PIP only to have it taken off us 3 months later when we had to go to an appointment he still had an illiostomy was undergoing chemo and radiotherapy they said he had to go back to work !! I am so sick of all forms of government now I’m ready to fight and hopefully with all your help I’ll win

Update to the council tax obligation to pay. Over the last year, 20 councils have failed to prove their case. Liverpool council took 8 months, requested 3 adjournment, failed to provide the liability order and dropped their claim 2 days before the case was to be put before a distract Judge. The courts and councils have perverted the course of justice. All claims for council tax must stop.

Just for good measure and support for your excellent video. A Court De facto means a state of affairs that is true in fact, but that is not Lawfully or officially sanctioned. I advised people never to attend the hired court room and go through the SAR subject access request, the councils I have dealt with have never ever provided any of this information. It’s the way I have got around it for family and friends.
