Councils are COMPANIES like McDonald's or Morrisons and are bot a branch of government in the UK. Furthermore, the fact that the majority of these cooperate councils use third part interlopers (thugs for hire) and not actually County Court Baliffs to enforce these false taxations proves that it is ILLEGAL and no judge or magistrate will assign their signature to a civil warrant for fraudulent Taxes upon the UK public. How to deal with bailiffs: they are not legally allowed to break in. If all windows and doors are locked, they can't get in.

There have not been any 'bailiffs' since 2014 they are now called enforcement agents and high court enforcement officers. Where does it state anywhere in the act that it is mandatory to pay?

Look up section 13A you can write a letter and make it out to the section 13A officer at your council tax office, and ask the officer to write of a large sum or eradicate your bill for that year all together,

Liability orders went out in 2003 so they do not exist anymore that’s fact just look it up

Back to your question. If a person is imprisoned for council tax arrears - they will still owe the council tax and possibly additional costs or charges. It is not possible to give a specific timeframe but from the committal hearings I have worked on in the past, it takes years before it gets to that stage. The councils I have worked with generally give lots of opportunities to pay, their are insolvency options etc. Remember a person can only be found guilty and imprisoned if they willfully refuse to pay or are found to be culpably neglectful. Well having never given a penny to council tax or a bbc licence fee i can safely say i have only ever seen 2 enforcement agent's who left empty handed & 1 capita sales rep .

Well i sent a f.o.i act into my local country police force . I simply asked what form of invoice, bill do you send the local council for them collect in form of council tax, they do not send a charge to the council so why do they say police on the bill - invoice --- fruad via deception with the abuse of power

you are so wrong, lady. you can do a lot of things about it. here is your first clue. your contract must have a wet ink signature. not to mention kangaroo courts. also personal liability. you can't be subject to prison for civil debt. and lots more.
