In that video, TONS of people asked me for a video on how to moisturize their hair properly, well, THIS is that video! In this one, I give you several points on how to best care for your hair and keep your moisture balance high! Here are some of the products I recommended:

I put warm water, and almond oil in a spray bottle with just two drops of tea tree oil after I moisturize my hair, and use a styling cream to do two strand twists. My two favorite lines to use are Camille Rose and Cream of Nature Honey line...

I have 2C -3B, fine, low density, high porosity hair. I have struggled with dryness, breakage since I was 12 yrs old. I am Caucasian and live in a rural community. I am 45 years old now and in all the years I have only met one professional stylist who has the slightest knowledge about embracing curls. Stylists would "encourage" my hair to be worn straight. Its frustrating.. Its a blessing for me to be able to advocate for myself and find wonderful people like you who is willing to share their expertise. Currently, I am in love with the Shea Moisture High Porosity mask and gel. I also use the SM Moisture Retention Shampoo and Conditioner. I need to add a lightweight, creamy styler.
