So Anxiety made my allergy symptoms so much worst. I struggled with severe allergies since I was a child. I took meds to help suppress these symptoms until I was a young adult and conquered anxiety. There are many other lifestyle changes that help reduce or even fully reverse allergy problems! So how do we overcome anxiety or beat anxiety disorder? I dealt with Anxiety disorders including panic disorder, health anxiety, social anxiety and depression. These are tips that you should be trying every single day to stop your anxiety! Dont skip any days and remember that there will still be bad days. Its how we handle the bad days, that determines how we progress in our mental health. First, discover and work on your root causes of anxiety! Practice gratitude everyday! Everyone has something to be thankful for! Make sure you are exercising daily, eating healthy, keeping a journal, taking a multivitamin, practicing meditation in the mornings and evenings, practicing cbt, keep counseling or therapy as an option, watch positive affirmation and asmr videos, join online support groups, and most importantly do this everyday and dont give up! I’ve never had sinus or allergies now I do since anxiety! Tension headache and sinus pressure is the devil! Anxiety wants me to think it’s something different 😞 it’s a vicious cycle

I had a CT scan on my sinuses and I saw an allergist and was allergic to a lot of things. Whenever I felt anxious my sinuses would flare up. Omad and sugar free diet now and got in really good shape and began making this strong tea concoction everyday: garlic, acv, lemon, turmeric and ginger and everything got better. No joint pain, no swollen sinuses, nice skin, and overall better looking in.

Does anyone have post nasal drip but no runny nose with anxiety because my allergy reaction was too less but it increased too much while suffering so anybody's pls tell me I'm not alone . And I keep feeling that something's terribly wrong

WOW I didn't know anxiety courses allergies! What doesn't our course! I'm alergic to pet hair, certain wools, glitter & dust. I can't use scented products as I have VERY sensertive skin

Hey ⭐️thanks for sharing, I definitely feel what your saying. I have to be careful with food when I have Anxiety as the anxiety can falsely send my system into overdrive with histamine causing me to be allergic to that food. I also ate a lot of food that I was intolerant too like dairy but recently a very scary experience due to eating dairy and sever anxiety I ended up in resus.
I have recently gone vegan as it’s suits my body best I’ve dropped sooo much weight in the last week and my skin, fibromyalgia and mental health is doing so much better .. only in a week so far ♥️♥️ thank you for sharing so others don’t feel alone! Love from Ireland ☘️

I didn’t have no sinus issue all during covid but after I got negative in covid 19 test I got panic attack that I couldn’t breath then I started to get allergies 🤧 so I think it the anxiety that giving me the sinus issues that’s why I get stuffy nose 👃 it sucks but when I work out they go away it releases stress

I had my first ear and sinus infection. I was like how but I was dealing with a whole 1 month of anxiety. Still got anxiety but what's better now is that as long as I took care of the anxiety it's not there, it's basically gone

This is me. And I have a deviated septum so my nostrils get blocked up and causes me massive amounts of anxiety :/ so the anxiety gets worse and worse until it hits a certain point where of course I feel like I’m dying or something. But this too shall pass

Dr. John E. Sarno said the root cause of both allergy and anxiety was stress. A person has emotions that they feel like they cannot Express. He said we are profectionistic goodists and that is enraging. The real solution is dealing with our personality.

HOLY ALLERGIES BATMAN! I have TONS of allergies, even the nurse at the allergy clinic apologized to me for making me so miserable, but I'm so used to it that I didn't feel any worse! This is an awesome video, I think you should do more on this one for food/environmental and seasonal allergy sufferers, just tag the video so more can see that anxiety can play a role in how immune systems respond to stress in general, I think this is a great topic that needs more exposure. Thank you so much for this, I've always noticed the worse I get stressed out, the more EVERYTHING hits me worse, and now I actually have confirmation that it's not "all in my head" like my doctors think, or that my therapist can't "cure", I always thought (and told my medical doctor) "if I'm a hypochondriac, PLEASE JUST TELL ME so I can talk to my therapist about it because I'm MISERABLE, and I don;t want to feel like this all the time!!" My doctor did a bunch of tests and found out that I really DO have that many allergies, but if it could possibly stem from stress, offhandedly it really could still be anxiety/stress causing overreaction of things... Awesome video, thank you :) I have more questions to ask both my therapist and my primary doctor now about how to cut down on the misery! :-D
