As a parent I’m thankful for how fast they worked, they didn’t think about themselves nor did the hesitated to go in . Thank you and the the fact the teacher did a good job not having children in classrooms so fast was incredible. My condolences to the families that lost their child 💔

props to the teachers who got these kids to a place that the officers weren't treading through hundreds of kids to find the shooter. unfortunately all of them couldnt be saved but the teachers had a big role in reducing this body count. everyone involved here are heroes

Excellent work on these officers. This should be a reminder to police departments across the entire country and everywhere else, on what TO do and use Uvalde as a lesson on what NOT TO do.

This is so terrifying and disheartening...my heart goes out to the victims and parents in the community. No child should have to go through this, truly breaks my heart seeing this type of stuff. I was watching the news during the recent Uvalde shooting and my siblings looked at me and said " what if we go to school and this happens?" And I just wanted to tear up and cry my eyes out after hearing them say that, school should be a safe space not a threat or danger to children.
