I broke my nose today and had no idea what to do... this video was super helpful!! I went to the ER and the doctor would not see me for a realignment until next week and I was worried I was missing a critical time for reset. Great to hear that I should not get my nose reset until the swelling goes down. That's the same thing they told me. Thank you!!

This was very helpful, I was on vacation out of the country when I broke my nose and the doctor wanted to fix it right away, I didn’t trust her enough. I wasn’t on an empty stomach and she was going to do so type of small surgery she said. I waited 5 days till I got back to the US and today I’m getting my nasal bone procedure, 6 days after the initial fracture. I’m glad I followed my instincts and I waited.

I broke my nose, and a lil bump eventually formed. I'm just grateful that it's not that noticeable, and Lord knows that I can certainly live with it versus having a very expensive and painful surgery for personal perfection.

Thanks DR. Mike Nayak for this video! I just fractured my nose boxing 2 days ago! I went to the ER and im waiting for the ENT specialist to call me. this video calm me down because I was panicking with my crooked nose. Hopefully God allows my nose to get back to normal

I broke my nose about 12 days ago and just got my nose fixed yesterday. It was so much less painful than i thought it would be. I thought the recovery would be horrid. I am all splinted up, now, and can't wait to see what it looks like.

I broke my nose last week (nasal bone on the left side), and went to the nose doctor yesterday. If you think your nose is broken go straight to the emergency room, that way they can check that there is no internal damage. If this is not the case they will tell you to wait until the swelling goes away and then go to the nasal specialist (5-8 days after the incident).

One thing I can say is DON’T stress to much!! The first couple of days it often looks worse than it actually is. I thought my nose was ruined because of how it looked the first days after the incident, but now 1 week later you can’t even see it and i don’t need any medical intervention. It will heal itself without any permanent nor visible damage.

yo so my nose is bend a little bit to the left, I can still breathe but I don’t like how it looks so I was thinking about letting my friend punch me so it can go back in place should I do that

Thank you for this video. I broke my nose 3 weeks ago playing soccer. Displaced fracture. I assumed it was best that I get it reduced right away so 8 hours later they did so just with local anesthesia. Unfortunately, now 3 weeks later I can see it isn’t funny reduced. I’m in Canada and trying to convince doctors to fix it but as the displacement should not cause me any functional issues I’m worried that they may not. Really sucks as I have a beautiful small and straight nose before. Now it has grown a small bump on the dorsal hump and just not quite straight

2 days ago (Sunday, November 19) I got brutally hit by one of those palm tree trunks that fall on windy days. I waited a day, thinking the pain will go away. I called to make an appointment with my primary doctor, but they suggested i go to the E.R. They did a CT scan and said I have a nasal contusion. But im not too sure of what that means. They didnt do other exams. They didn’t even look into my nose.

Thank for this information brother. I had broken my nose years ago i was wondering where are your offices located. I have been trying to get this thing back in place but it seems like i have to reset it.
