I definitely have hip flexor issues but I don't know what, I have pain when I do certain exercises but don't know if it's tight or something else, thank you for this.

I always wonder why I get lower back pain whenever I do rdl's or Bulgarian lunges

Isn’t getting sore normal? When I first started deadlifting I’d always get really sore. Now I dont as much unless I do some heavy deficit deadlifts.

What can I do for hip mobility that doesn't involve kneeling exercises?? I have a blown knee. 😅

How the hell do you sit down and get back up again from a cossack squat so easily like that? I can't find anyone teaching how to actually do this but some people just do it like it's nothing

Squat university should be called “Fabre test and kettle bell hip stretch”

Question. I’m hypermobile and hyperextended so I know mobility is not really an issue (my knees touch the ground when I do the test). I still get some back pain. I have suspicions it could be due to hyper extension of my back but I don’t really know if that’s just normal for my condition or if I should stop
