You can pour, but I prefer dipping because it keeps the noodles from bloating, and it keeps the soup base less starchy

I've not heard of that sauce before but sounds tasty. I love putting Yoshida sauce on my noodles. Its not easy to come by, but Yoshida sauce is a really thick Teriyaki-like sauce.
