Buckwheat noodles lower blood sugar. .
So many health benefits. Served hot or cold. Thry are much better for you.

Asparagus. In the UK the season is usually mid-April through to mid July (quite short!). I like them very briefly steamed, or grilled in a very hot skillet, finished with balsamic vinegar and Parmesan cheese (italian style). Quite expensive for a vegetable, but well worth it.

I love cold soba! Don’t like soba noodles in hot broth though.

Hm I want to try cold soba one day but normally we eat soba noodles dry with a seasoning of sesame oil, soy sauce, mushroom seasoning(a better version of msg), pepper and I like to add ginger powder, chilli or chilli oil and Xiang Chun (aka chinese mahogany aka toons sinensis)

Every bit of what you just had is what I like to eat I love Japanese food and I live in a place where I can get it very often so I have to cook most of what I eat But I would love to be able to eat shit like this again where I used to live we had a pretty good selection Which was an Anchorage Alaska I don't know what it's like anymore But where I live now sucks lol
