Bottom line: maybe. I fear we're all going to need bodycams to justify our actions one day. I'm in favor of putting them on our politicians first!

This whole series is nothing but "maybe, depending on your laws." Yeah... Thx.

Proud member of USCCA but this video is really lacking with information and true assistance. Come on guys. Don’t state the obvious. Go deeper.

These videos are always MAYBE. IF someone is breaking into my car while I’m in it I don’t think they’re asking for directions. They are getting blasted.

The answer…was 60secs to hear.. Maybe

Absolutely yes. If you are breaking into my car to drag me out, it is NOT to have a harmless chat. I would prevent that from happening.

I hate to sound ungrateful for the advice, but I've seen 3 or 4 videos from this attorney and the answer to every single question that I have heard him answer is "Depends on your local ordinances".

A simple rule of thumb for me is…. No matter what scenario… If I feel my life or my family’s lives are in danger… or threatened with grave bodily harm… someone is getting blasted… the motto us Texans and maybe other southern states use is… it is better to be judged by 12 than carried by six.

I sure wouldn't want this guy as my attorney. He's unable to distinguish between "can" and "should". Nice suit though.

You can in Mississippi, it’s called Castle Law. It’s an extension of being able to protect your home.

imagine a world that an individual is always proven to be on the right side of the law when a rioter is shot in self defense. Rioters will no longer target innocents

All of these legal videos end this way... could be yes, could be no. Know your local laws. I love USCCA but this video line is worthless.

These videos are to keep you thinking. Tough guys get put in jail, a thinking man stayes out of trouble. You can never be the aggressor when carrying.

Here in Connecticut you would have to be, about to be killed, before you could legally defend yourself. So we just hit the gas.

Bottom line…this video was useless, and the expert legal opinion was worth every penny we paid for it.

In Kentucky. Castle Doctrine and Stand your Ground also includes Occupied Vehicles! It specifically says in the State Statute.

In general it is close to the point in the U.S. where if you have to use your weapon in self defense, you are better off not sticking around for the harassment, trial (with potential prison), civil suits, etc.

Lots of variables..
Do you stay inside and call police?
Do you go out and run them off?
If you do brandish a gun there’s that.
They shoot and wound or kill you.
Can you hold them in custody until police arrive? Or is that kidnapping?
Granted it’s stuff……
By the time the sheriff gets out to my rural location, they’re long gone
