one question about the 'rolers' and the planetar set sitting in the A cluch
Do you have slack between the teethes that splice in to A basket ?

I have a very noisy transmission i rebuilt with a lot of slack in between the planetary carier and the a cluch drum. not sure if that can be the cause of clunking noises. So in the one you had did you have a loot of free play there ?

same question about the rear planetary cariege with, do id you see any longitudal play in the sun gears there? meaning along transmission axis ?
