I would say these are just good to help you as you're trying to do the exercises, but the vertigo is just really intense. A month or so ago I had bppv and it was really severe that I was scared to do epley and provoke it. I finally got the nerve and took some meclizine, then did the maneuver and it was thankfully cured.

What meds are for central vertigo..i have MS and not allowed to do maneuvers because of severe phobia. Antidepressants are addictive too. If benzos in low doses help shy r drs afraid of them? Steroids antidepressants and MS drugs r also very dangerous

Would rather just live with BPPV than take any of the meds listed. Especially the benzodiazepines.
