Damn i did this without even knowing and had a weight training coach i just did it to make sure i was in place and got an idea of the weight so i was ready for it

messed up bad today and destroyed my lower back for the rest of the night. no idea if this will be permanent pain, but it's feeling better. wish i saw this sooner.

I struggle with my form when releasing the bar.

I did all of this, and still injured my lumbar (just sore joint, no disc issues or anything serious thankfully) - because the truth is your form doesn't matter. The only cause of injuries is poor load management. Form only helps your body manage more load, but if the load you are lifting is beyond what you can lift with good form, you can still injure yourself.

So, basically, don't ego lift like the idiots like me

I am so weak at squats and deadlift.
I can almost bench press my deadlift. By best is 140 kg deadlift.

It's cool but in the end all you're doing is tearing up your body no matter the technique. When you get old you're going to wish you just worked out normally.
