Here is what you'll need!

3-Ingredient Mango Sorbet
Servings: 4-6

INGREDIENTS
4 mangos, diced
½ cup honey
½ cup water

PREPARATION
1. Cut mangoes into ½-inch cubes and put on baking sheet. Cover and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
2. In a food processor, add the frozen mango, water, and honey. Mix until the mixture is smooth. 3. Remove from food processor and scoop into tray.
4. Freeze for one additional hour.
5. Enjoy!

I wish I'd seen that warning about being careful with the knife. I threw it in the air like I was pretending to juggle and it landed straight into my leg. I didn't feel it at first. Anyway I went ahead and cut my leg into segmented chunks and folded it out and scooped it all into a pan. Now that DID hurt. It works just as well as Mango but its got a meatier taste, you can taste iron on your tongue. I'm thinking I'll do the other leg tomorrow.

Now at what point did I go from funny to horrifying? Was it even funny at all? Did you get tempted and have a little go at your thigh?
