real sorbet is easy. all you need is fruit that has been pureed and a sugar syrup with a 2 to 1 ratio sugar to water. you add equal parts of the syrup and puree and then test the batch by placing an egg, if the egg is half submerged, its the correct ratio. if it sinks there's not enough sugar, if the egg completely floats, there's too much sugar so either add more puree or water. every fruit has different amount of sugar levels so it applies, if u prefer less sweet sorbet, you can take away some of the sugar from the syrup and add glucose. hope this helps 🙂

Mango, lemon/lime juice and maybe a sweetener like agave, maple syrup, simple syrup or honey?. Topped off with some Tajin with some lemon/lime juice at the end. I would've frozen the fruit pieces before blending.

She is just freezing the mango than blending it with milk and sugar is optional and after that you freeze and enjoy🥶🍬🥛🥭
