3-ingredient Healthy Mango Pineapple Sorbet☀️ This sorbet is creamy, refreshing and so delicious😋 Perfect dessert idea for spring and summer!

Ingredients for two servings:
1 cup / 5 oz. frozen mango cubes (240 ml / 150 g)*
1 cup / 5 oz. frozen pineapple chunks (240 ml / 150 g)
1/4 cup 100% pineapple juice (60 ml)

1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth


*If you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, use less than 1.5 oz. / 40 g of mango and add more pineapple☺️

I love these super simple recipes. I keep telling myself to forgo the store brand ice cream pops even the ones that are "so called " healthier brands and make my own ice treats. Ty for these ideas. 🧊🥭🍍🍧

here's a berry smoothie recipe! (thicc smoothie)
put frozen strawberries blueberries blackberries raspberries milk and whatever brand of yogurt you prefer. BLEND! depending on how much milk you put the more thin it'll be more milk more thin less milk more thick
(also it doesn't have to be all those fruits you can put whatever fruits you prefer)
also I'm using a nutribullet blender so results may depend on the blender
