New Criminal Laws To Come Into Effect From July 1

New criminal laws will come into effect in the country on the first of July and the government is batting for these new criminal laws. The new laws, as we said, will come into effect from July. These bills were passed in parliament in 2023 in under way controversial circumstances.

Repeal of archiac colonial criminal laws and enacting new criminal laws are welcome. But as these laws are not understable by most of the common citizens, its recommend that these laws be more clarified by all print media, especially in regional languages.

The District collectors authorities also have to reduce and rewrite and new laws to be implemented. It was established under British law to revenge Indians. Now the collectors are misusing it. Even they are challenging the court. So the collectors authorities of areas should be reduced, the law related issues should be handled by the court, not by the collectors.

If world is going towards further educational side, police powers shall act as documentary and absolute powers shall be left to courts for evidences presentation perfection order by police.

Sedition shall not be entertained, evrything shall come to court. Police shall not be given powers to create rules regulations applying on public lives as an acts of papers coming from parliament or courts or assemblies. For instance, martial law, sedition law shall be prohibited. Everything within 24hrs shall be presented to courts, police focus on orders purely order and not own laws or rules.
