Nice review! We've stayed many times up @ Falls Campground just up 26 from Brooks Lake. That is a nice spot too...a little close to the highway, but they have power there @ some sites. Always enjoy your videos! Stay safe and take care!

Just switched off the gen2 to a mini as well - power-wise it's a lot better, we haven't tested it a ton yet. Saves a lot of interior van space too!

Looks like a great product! A light tripod would be neat to get the antenna off the ground and aimed or is it forgiving of direction ?

Just ordered mine. Only concern I have is if someone stole a gen 2 dish it was useless. Now if the mini gets stolen it's all in one. Sure starlink can brick it but there's more of a lure to steal it

My Gen.3 worked great while I was in Alaska. Power was an issue with the Jackery 1000 recharging from the car only. Looking at the Mini, but waiting to see if anything else comes out before next year. Trade in is only $200 for the Gen. 3 currently.

If you pause the service do you get dinged a connection fee when you unpause ? I hate that with standard dish roam.
