Ingredients :
115g melted butter
150g brown sugar
100g granulated sugar
1 large egg + 1 extra egg yolk
1tsp vanilla
100g biscoff spread
180g plain flour
1/2tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2tsp salt
150g chocolate chips

CUPS VERSION:
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg + 1 extra egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp Biscoff spread
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips

I have tried several cookie recipes but never found one that gave that lovely chewy, crisp texture. I have just made these Biscoff Cookies and they were divine! Thank you x

I'm going to try that recipe. I'm just now finding out about that brand and so far I've tried the chocolate bar and cookies both are delicious so next I'm going to try the cookie butter.
