I bought this spread because I noticed that you had many recipes that use it. I bought the crunchy one and it gives nice texture to the cookies since they're almost cookie dough-like. Tasty and the topping works well with it. :)

Ingredients:
100g Biscoff spread (plus extra for filling)
60g plain flour, heat treated
3tbsp milk

1) Mix together the Biscoff spread, flour and milk.

2) Grease a small plate.

3) Roll the mix into 5 balls.

4) Press your thumb into the middle of the balls to create a dip.

5) Add some Biscoff spread to each dip.

6) Microwave on high (750W) for 1 minute.

7) Let them cool on the plate.

8) Enjoy!
