Spending time outdoors communing w/the rest of life, particularly on a ☀ day (D3 👍), works great for me. Barefoot ('grounding') when practical provides an added boost! My cat sometimes joins me 😺w/a harness & leash (local wildlife 🐦 is grateful). Time w/a purring, contented cat = one of my greatest de-stressors!

Any suggestions for the proper way to handle the stress when one's biological father threatens you with a restraining order?

My friend is struggling with this issue. She recently discovered that her entire life was one big lie (which does explain why her fake dad was so incredibly cruel & abusive). She was trying to piece her life back together. And then, BAM, she gets threatened.

Is there any diet or breathing techniques that would help? She is in great pain and just had a heart attack.

So what IS the "natural, healthy way" to react to all of this, so she doesn't have another heart attack, or kill herself?
