NHTI, Concord's Community College, becomes a field hospital. This is in sight of the possibility of an outbreak and Concord Hospital becomes crowded. Transportation will be easier thanks to a fourth ambulance, equipped with services for surges and cases of the coronavirus in Concord. The famed purple trash bags of Pay As You Throw are being suspended due to COVID-19. Beginning April 20th, any trash bag will be acceptable.
