This is halfway correct. You need to clear or fix the trouble condition first. If not, you can enter your code all day and it will never clear the trouble from the keypad.

I closed the basement door and they alarm went off, could the door alarm senor be the fault ??

what should I do if the " fire trouble" keeps showing even when I do the usual clearing twice. Will powering off the system helps?

my motion detector on lower level will not disarm during stay, upstair work but down stairs will go off if intercept it on stay for night so move around in the house any ideas

My alarm system is being screwed with by the roommate she doesn't ask me before she changes the settings on my alarm system that I pay for to be monitored each month now she's got it so screwed up I can't get it to work right I had it fixed so it would chime everytime the front door was open now it will not work right

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, BUY ANYTHING ELSE..
- chains and a pad lock have more functionality and are more effective.
SMH
