Hello Dr. Manjunath sir, I have attended your 6 days course "read for success" then I have taken the course of 21 days challenge I am the member of 93rd batch of brain accelerator. I am learning lot of new things and techniques. It's amazing. I am grateful to you for giving such courses which does teach in any of the conventional school or university in this world. My why: I want to read more to empower myself so that I can motivate my colleagues to cultivate reading habit and pass on the knowledge to as many people as possible. As a Head (Safety) of a Nuclear Power Project, my 'Why?' or vision/ purpose is to prevent accidents and injuries in our organization, because that is a service to humanity. With that Purpose of life in my mind, I am giving Self Realisation through SahajaYoga Meditation to more and more people, especially employees and workers in order to unlock their potential to maximize their own performance and make them more attentive at work. After my retirement from govt. service I was restless and health issues started showing up. I questioned myself WHY was I not enjoying my retired life like others. This constant ticking of "why" in my mind lead me to meditate on my life lived all these years. This "WHY"unfolded the dissatisfaction I had within me. I realised that to be truly happy I must make people around me happy. I started changing my attitude towards my family members relatives friends neighbours and all those I interacted with. I am now more tolerant positive forgiving let go type. Why is transforming my life.

Answer to my WHY? for waking up early - even post 6 days workshop "I continued with waking up early because it's helping and benefit me in multiple ways; I am getting more productive hour and half to focus and do things like reading or training, getting enough time for exercise, plan day better and manage my time more effectively" Thanks for developing this habit in me!

Start with why.... I had this in my mind before starting your course and am today very happy for being achieved my goal of reading more and more books. My thirst for reading more books is getting achieved, but then i realized that the hunger and thirst will not stop, it stays on, as I have sowed the seed.
My WHY for reading books

Hi Dr. Manjunat, In genral to lead a quality life, we need to be physically fit and also we need to be equally strong in our mental health. lack of mental fitness is going to be the major risk factor for most of the non communicable disease. My WHY was how to bring in emotional stability. I had started practicing meditation, giving mysel time to do my passion( me time), trying to be positive in all sense, as well started spending part of my earning to help others and showing my gratitude. I mysef become confident enough to overcome many situations. Thank You.
