I’ve watched this video a couple times now and I must say I really enjoy it. I’ve been in the tech industry for almost two decades and there’s just something about bringing older hardware back to life and giving it another purpose only to have it perform really well I just really enjoy it. Keep up the quality content!

I absolutely love this series! Maybe a bit of gaming in later videos? You’ve really inspired me to find ways to upgrade from my 2015 macbook air without eating away at all the money I have.

Another great hackintosh vid. I knew you were going to add a GPU to it, but buying a lot of them and then selling them back to lower costs was a twist I didn't see coming, haha. You've inspired me to do a cheap build like this. Very cool!

The author himself mentioned the advantages of hackintosh. Original Apple machines are outrageously expensive. In addition, as time passes, everything will be soldered on the board. You want to upgrade the hardware, it cannot. And not only that, but the components on the motherboard will be locked. In other words, there is no freedom. Which leads to the absurdity of buying expensive hardware that restricts you from improving it and adapting it to yourself. Why would you buy the same one then?

Man, You are inspiring. For about a month I plan to build a hackintosh, and You are the one who shows how. Still, wanted to know, are You planning to make video about WiFi adapters? Or You already did and I just haven’t seen it?

Thanks for your reply to the other video.

I got myself a Fujitsu P520 E85+ with i7 4790, 16GB Ram, MSI Rx560 ITX Aero 4gb PciE powered, same PciE Adapter and NVME. I am considering a FENVI T919 Wifi, Bluetooth card(for later). This is my first ever try and have my fingers crossed, lets see if I make it work or end up burninf money. I too nervous but also excited at the same time. 😅 most likely I will try Ventura first.

Your videos, your replies to comments and most importantly your calm voice gives me hope.

Keep the good work going on!🎉

Sick - that you can build something for 60 bucks and kick ass with the original Macs

You really made me interested in building a hackintosh .. I'll try to test that on my old pc

Very nice! I've wanted to make a hackintosh like that. I have a 2015 Macbook Pro which is great but I've been stuck with High Sierra because I'm happy with how it runs on that machine. Sadly newer software won't run on that ancient OS, and the M2/latest macs are abserdly spendy.

That's a great build. I wish I could find similiar prices in these parts
here in UK. I have a HP Compaq Elite 8300 CMT i7-3770 with 16GB RAM, SSD, Palit GTX 1660. Do you reckon it would work for a Hackintosh or shouldn't bother?
Carry on the great work!

Hey! Awesome video. I was wondering if you ever plan on doing the equivalent of this pc, on a laptop, since getting the portability is a good thing.

Apple could really take over the market if they came out with something like but a little newer for like 299... might even cut linux down before that really takes off.

Would this be well for music production. What would be a good budget music production build

Hi! Great video! Thanks for sharing your experience. A question: do you think could be possible to make the same build on a mATX or mITX motherboard and case? Thanks in advance!

This would be really useful in poor communities. Instead of creating more e-waste, collect the old hardware and using videos like these, give them new life to help people who would not be able to afford better computers!

I would be very cautious with SATA power cables. It is known that molex to SATA power cables (molex to SATA, lose your data) can short out and catch fire. Something at how the molding can be difficult with how close together the SATA pins are when laid out. I want to say this is why SATA power cables you see on power supplies are angled or perpendicular to the connector.
