Copyright should exist, and there is always "OURS" on YT platform and a creator who spends hours and creates something and he needs to be recognized, I am YT is actually doing this 🙌

thanks for the explanation. YT said if I got 3 strikes they would take down my channel. They didn't say anything about 3 strikes in 90 days. I was really panicking

Also with a copyright claim you don't earn 1 cent, everything you would earn from that 1 video goes directly to the copyright owner who claimed your video.

Copyright Strikes have happened to many unexperienced creators and do not readily know what copyright is! It might appear in any video you know, as long as you record any video from Youtube or from any platform that establishes this law. Always be alert and readily check YouTube Studio for any copyright claims or strikes, because you never know what your channel might suddenly be taken down.

A coppyright claim is something harmless.
A coppyright strike is when yt blames u for coppyrighting for doing nothing 😒

I recently had a video with "copyright free" music I downloaded off of youtube many years ago finally get a copyright claim and I was actually able to dispute it by showing I had the proper credits in the description! My previous knowledge was, if the creator is signed by a label (even years after they make the song) the label will want to take the rights to everything that artist has made...but it seems they let that one slide? Thankful I was able to keep the video and song up!
