I’ve seen the pic of the Germans removing the gate in East Prussia. It’s emblematic of how large events can have such mundane beginnings.

Great video! I like your short videos as well. It's refreshing to see a WW2 channel that isn't riddled with AI.

Great video, do you colorize the images yourself? Would love to see a video where you show how its done and what research is done to make sure its accurate to how it looked in real life.

Amazing video. Two weeks later... the Soviets invaded Poland, splitting her in half.

If the Polish soldiers knew what awaited them, they wouldn’t have surrendered.

In 1945 the Nazis used horses against the Soviet Union.

Germany was left with millions of ethnic Germans outside its borders due to the Treaty of Versailles, and many were suffering under Polish rule. The German government made multiple diplomatic efforts to negotiate a peaceful solution regarding Danzig and the Polish Corridor, but Poland refused all reasonable proposals. Given Poland's unwillingness to negotiate and its hostile actions against ethnic Germans, Germany had no choice but to act in defense of its people and secure its rightful interests.
