I’ve seen this guy talk on a bunch of these shorts but this one…jeez.
There’s nothing that’s gonna make that feeling go away. Nothing should. Those poor kids.

“he’s just a little boy” brought tears to my eyes. i wish these people never had to go through what they did, and they have my full respect. they deserve better.

All these men deserve to have their stories and experiences heard. A man should never have to go through any of that, but they were willing so we could be safe.

Sir you have that young man the best thing you could and that was compassion and reassurance of faith. God bless you!

I would love for high schools to advocate showing these videos to kids who would get a drop of what men their age experienced during WW2. These men died so we could live .

You know what they saw was beyond horrific when decades later when he’s talking about it(visualizing it) it still haunts him.

My dad is a 68/69 Vietnam Marine corps combat vet. He is in his 70s now, lives off grid in a cabin in the mountains. I go visit him and just let him tell me stories from his life. I love every second of it.

I'll be honest, I have developed a habbit of saving these veteran's stories to my playlist... my playlist is becoming overfilled with these stories. Much love and respect to these fine folks for fighting for my country.
