Tibial 🦴 rotation (Knee joint)

I never truly understood the importance of knee rotation until I started studying mobility training 📚

I never fully dedicated to training knee rotation until I realised the link between ankle dorsiflexion and tibial internal rotation.

Now I train this natural knee function to maintain strength and mobility for the things I love; like 🥾 running 🏃‍♂️ and weightlifting 🏋🏽‍♀️

This is a cool way to train rotation as you’re also targeting the quads and building upper leg strength.

I hope this isn’t a big question but could you post a couple studies I could read proving this works? I’m not saying this isn’t credible I just want to make sure it’s legit and if it is then I’ll definitely be coming back to the channel for more! As a grappling athlete my knee rotation pops a lot and I’m hoping this will stabilize it

Rotation isnt happening in knee(has only flexion and extension) but in hip.
