I have the same type of screen as the G7, but the vrr does not work. I have activated the vrr from the screen, but the PS5 tells me that the device does not support it.

VRR makes my FPS in Modern warfare from 120 FPS to 85-90 FPS. When i Turn VRR Off i have 120fps.🤔Is VRR bad for shooter games ?

Yo my monitor literally has a setting on I have a 2.1 HDMI cable but when I go to change the setting in ps5 automatic it says it doesn’t support it can anyone help me out please I was thinking maybe my cable isn’t truly at 2.1, but it’s a 10k says it’s 2.1. I have the Samsung oddyssey G6, wich should be able to do it, HDMI 2.1, 240HZ, 1440P, VRR, gamemode enabled, using the standard PS5 2.1 HDMI cable, yet the PS5 states it does not support VRR, got it running on the series X just fine, PS5 really lacks in that sense.

Why does it say 4K 60hz when you navigate to video output information. Does that mean your monitor only supports upto 60hz in 4k?
