Great unless your lock does not have any gap between the key and the cylinder. I'm doomed. There's not even a hole for a needle to fit.

Your hacksaw method saved me £60 locksmith bill! The available space was tiny, so I cut the hacksaw blade just under the teeth, and hand sanded the sides to make it as thin as possible.

Very informative video, . my only comment though is the broken key part youre extracting is almost flush to the lock face. If the key part is smaller and broken further into the lock your options of removal are much more limited since youre working in the dark so to speak. If you have the opportunity could you please do another video to explain how you would get the broken part out if its smaller, further in and cant be seen ?

Thank you for saving my life - my key snapped inside my motorbike lock for the seat. TRied many of your methods. In the end used wd40, very pointed knife and my wife's tweezers. Success ! Now I have oiled the lock again. Spare key works perfectly - seat unlocks! wooohooo!
