Does it work for much smaller broken key

my safe lock was having trouble and it would take a lot of wiggling to let go of the key. after a while it got worse and the key was stuck. and worked on wiggling and turning hard and the key broke so it's not just broken but the lock is holding it.

I have a moped n the key broke I tried to use scissors &, a flat head but it looks like the key was molded into the lock help

just used 2 small flat screws one on bottom one on the side it will come out, or you can buy the tools on ebay

my key broke in half (there was a thinner section right in the middle of the key).
