You read that right, 12 different meal prep bowls in just 1 hour! Here's my top secret formula:

INSTRUCTIONS & RECIPES:

1) 2 CARBS
I am using quinoa (3 cups total; 1/2 cup per bowl) and sweet potato (3 sweet potatoes; 1/2 sweet potato per bowl)

I am using chicken breast (3 chicken breasts; 3-4 oz per bowl) and chickpeas (3 cups; 1/2 cup per bowl)
3) VEGGIES
I grabbed 2 big bags of pre-chopped & washed veggies, 12 cups total
4) 3 SAUCES
I made my own lemon dill yogurt sauce, used store-bought teriyaki and store-bought salsa
Lemon Dill Yogurt
* 3/4 cup yogurt
* 1 clove garlic minced
* 1/8 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon dill
* 1 tablespoon lemon zest
