More tips! :)) (specifically for school)
1) paint your nails!! (If you aren’t allowed then use clear nail polish to make your nails shinier)
2) keep your hair brushed/ clean
3) clear your hair/shower/bathe every other day because every day will ruin it!
4) have a long/ relaxing sleep
5) don’t wear too much makeup! If you want to wear it, wear mascara, lipgloss ( not sticky or coloured too much!) and some powder
6) keep your skin moisturised and healthy, skincare is a daily, twice a day thing to do!!
7) keep your teeth brushed and clean
8) if you have no uniform, wear clothes that make you feel comfortable and look good! Don’t try and go against the dress code, it does not make you cool.
9) if you have uniform, don’t try change it too much, if you can then wear small things like leg warmers (with skirts) and bracelets
10) keep your head held high and have good posture! (Don’t act like you own the place though or you will probably get teased)
11) have a decent and not too large main friend group but branch out a bit to others!
12) don’t be rude or start fights, again it doesn’t make you cool, you just look stupid and get into trouble
13) get a cute bag and accessorise it with pins/badges if you want! :)
14) wear body spray/perfume and deodorant EVERY day! (Don’t go too over the top just so you smell nice)
15) wear cute shoes! Such as loafers, Mary Janes, converse ect! (Creds to Sandy~Cliff)

Dear 10-13 year olds,
please don't stress about things like glowing up, you're still so young and the best thing you can do right now is to go and be a kid and enjoy it whilst you can, because you have such a long time to be an adult and such little time being a kid. You are absolutely beautiful the way you are and you don't need to change for anybody or anything, just try and embrace your childhood as it is :) I promise you that future you would want you to just appreciate the way you are and the way you live at this age
-from a 19 year old :)

(p.s not to say these tips aren't healthy habits because they certainly are, just don't worry about your physical appearance you will look completely different in a few years )

Tips I actually agree with and don't:
Wash face 2 times a day (it's not like it takes time so, it's fine)
Drink water bottle (to keep urself hydrated and be healthy)
Bath 2x a day (u don't need to bath twice a day bc it can dry out ur skin)
Eat a fruit bowl daily (u don't need to eat a fruit bowl daily, one fruit is enough for a day. Or u can skip fruits in a day. Just drink water and u'll be fine)
Exercise (u can exercise if u want too. Don't force urself. But it's good! Maybe just less than an hour)
Skin care (I only recommend using skincare when puberty hits. Make sure to do it twice a day, not only twice a week)
Don't wear makeup (Yesss! Prob the most obv here! Guys, don't ruin ur skin! But u can use makeup when puberty hits, ig?)
Wake up early (Like 6:00 am? But u don't need too. U can wake up 2-1 hours later. But don't wake up in like 11:00 am lol)
Sleep for 8hours (it's important, u should do it but u don't need too😊 The students that have longer school hours tho- and need to do lots of homework- )
Don't skip meals (also a very important one, guys, don't skip meals! Y'all way too young to do diets. Ig 12-13 is acceptable)
Wear lip balm (u don't need too, but sure if u want too, it's not that important)

Don’t bathe 2 times a day!!! It’s not good for your skin. Instead of doing that, the same way people double cleanse their faces use your body wash twice to make sure all the dirt is gone and it won’t irritate your skin

*A skincare for 11 to 16 years old that i recommend!*

1) Wash your hands first!
2) Cleansing
3) Pat softly with a towel
4) Apply the homemade toner ( suitable for all skin types recipe at the end )
5) Face moisturizer
6) Sunscreen

**Tips you need to follow**

• your face towel should be of cotton and should be separate.
• for cleansing use a gentle face wash like cetaphil and cerave. ( Expensive but worth it)
• the recipe of the toner is
Same amount of face glycerine and rose water, apply daily and its suitable for all skin types will always keep your skin baby type and will 100% suit your skin and will remove spots fron your face...
•moisturizer should be of same company as the face wash i will suggest Cetaphil or cerave
• sunscreen for 11 and 12 years old should be 15+spf and for above 13 should be 30+spf

This daily skincare is suitable for all skin types ❤️
