Here are some personal tips from me, and some things I would like to achieve over the holidays! I also included a couple things to do over the summer/winter 💗

*first, when you wake up:*

• drink water immediately. it helps you wake up a bit more, plus keeps you hydrated after a night without water! Please remember to hydrate, because you get no hydration at night unless you wake up for it. If you would like to stay hydrated at night also, have a water bottle next to you and if you wake up, take a sip.
• don’t laze about, get off your phone. Mornings are for you to wake up and start the day, but if you would like to spend your holidays sleeping in, go for it. Just don’t go on your phone until you have energised a bit.
• brush your teeth. Oral health is very important in the long run and is a basic step of self care. Floss aswell, to remove extra food. Flossing helps with bad breath, as well as brushing your tongue.
• take vitamins. these will help you wake up and stay energised throughout the day. They also have amazing benefits from my experience! Including nail growth, immunity, energy, and many more!! Take about one a day, depending on what is best for your age and weight. There are plenty of options for vitamins, including gummies, or ones that you can put in a water! I personally prefer things I can chew or swallow (tablet multivitamins). Make sure to take the right ones, and do some research if you haven’t tried them. They usually have a gender category for vitamins (women’s/men’s) so take the right ones!
• eat breakfast. oh my gosh, it’s so good. I skipped breakfasts and I lost a bit of weight. make breakfasts that will fill you up. I don’t care if they are noodles or whatever, a full stomach in the morning is very important, after fasting for hours while sleeping. It is also important to take note that if you consider taking multivitamins, you have to eat something or you may get nauseous.
• wash your face with water. your skin has a natural barrier. by washing it with a cleanser or exfoliant, it is rough against your fresh skin. If you suffer from acne, this may be a good option to remove extra oil. If you have pretty good skin though, wash with warm water and put serum, moisturiser, and sunscreen on after. I’m not an expert, so my advice is possibly incorrect.
• clean your room. this is important aswell, if I clean my room, my day will be 99% better and will make me feel fresh. By having a habit of making your bed, you can enjoy a clean room and have it as a routine that you won’t skip.


*glow up mechanisms:*

• start wearing makeup or doing skincare efficiently. natural beauty is extremely important to discover, everyone is gorgeous, but a person can change up their looks if they desire. I wouldn’t go for a full face, but some mascara and concealer is a minimal look. if you can’t wear makeup, keep on top with skincare and curl your eyelashes. buy Vaseline to highlight your face and moisturise your lips. Take note that makeup can be damaging to self esteem, because if you wear it everyday, your mind will tell you that you can only be pretty with it. you’re so pretty, ml!
• buy new clothes, or style yours differently. let loose. get it. you can wear whatever, don’t be insecure. clothes are made to fit you. you were not made to fit clothes. if you feel uncomfortable in something, don’t wear it. comfort is key. if you wanna look pretty with clothing, experiment.
• try new hobbies. this holidays, I’m going to practice for a new sport. I’m not super athletic, so I am going to try and get athletic. anyone can. this is a great opportunity to try new things.
• work out. this will also help you in the long run. this will actually get you at good health and build up your strength.
• practice confidence. fake it till you make it. get out more. don’t care what others think, they don’t matter at all. this summer, it’s time to build up confidence.
• read affirmations or journal. this helps you discover yourself and really brings out the positivity in most.
• swim in a pool nearby or go to the beach. ask your family or if you can, go by yourself and relax to calm your mind and give yourself peace.
• be kind to yourself, stop saying hateful, spiteful things to yourself. This is something that is difficult to achieve, but motivate yourself, and when you look in the mirror, stop, and think about how saying hurtful things about yourself makes you feel.
• SLEEP MORE!! oh my gosh, sleeping will get you more energised. I don’t mean wake up later, I mean go to bed earlier. This video mentions it already.
• hydrate more, this will help you get clear skin and has many benefits.

*workout routine*
•working out is extremely good for health, your body, and gives you a boost of strength. Anyone can start working out. You can look up workout routines that fit your specific category, age, gender, body types, etc. However, working out does NOT give you immediate results. It takes consistency and patience to see results. It could take weeks to months to achieve the look you are going for. Stay motivated to achieve your goals <3

A little routine for beginners:
• 30 second plank (for core)
• lift 3-5kg weights to gain muscle in your arms
• 30 lunges (for legs)
• 50 Russian twists (for core)
• 60 second bridge
• 50 hip/glute raise (for core)

If you would like to adjust this routine for your body and preference, feel free to. Everyone has a different body and it may not be capable to do exercises like this straight away, or may think this is easy. Go at your own pace and hydrate <3

*what to do if your sick:*

oh no! ur sick over the holidays? not to worry.

• hydrate, I know you don’t feel like it but it helps you recover.
• move around a bit still, laying in bed will make you drowsy.
• read a bit! this will give your eyes a break if you’ve been on a device for long enough.
• call someone or text someone if you don’t find reading helpful.
• watch a new tv show that you are unfamiliar with.
• keep your temperature neutral. If you feel hot or cold, adjust the temp and put a ice pack on your head, or snuggle with a warm heat pack.

*things to do if your stuck at home:*
• read
• paint
• draw
• write a letter
• spend time with family
• hang around outside
• make some food
• watch some tv

*basic glow up tips:*
• drink more water
• brush teeth x2 times a day
• style your hair
• experiment with outfits and makeup
• get a new scent
• catch up on skincare
• sleep 8-9 hours a day
• care for your nails
• use sun in for highlights (research about this before use)
• moisturise your skin
• style your brows with Vaseline
• grow your eyelashes with lash serum or a Vaseline
• be kind at all times and work on self improvement
• take care of your hands (use hand cream)
• get off your device
• journal
• work out a bit
• spend some time in nature
• hang out with people who are good and make you feel great
• embrace your flaws
• go shopping
• start caring for your surroundings (room, pets, people) a bit more.
• whiten your teeth with teeth whitening tooth paste.
• eat healthier, yet let yourself feel full after a meal. don’t be insecure about anything
• shower often and take care of personal hygiene
• if you would like to start shaving, it will help you feel smooth and sleek, fresh even. make sure to keep on top of it, though.
• get your nails done
• get a new hairstyle
• get a facial/have a facial day for yourself
• brush your hair if it gets knotty
• wash your hair every 2-7 days depending on your hair type
• make sure everything is done for school work
• declutter some things (stuff you don’t want, and relationships that are trash)
• wash your pillowcase + bedsheets often
• wear your hair in a protective hairstyle when going to sleep to prevent split ends

TIPS FOR GLOW UPS!! (Worked for me)



1. Look at yourself in the mirror, and instead of looking at your insecuritys, look at what makes you pretty, your beauty marks!! (Remember, look in the MIRROR!! Looking in you front camera will only highlight your insecurities)


2. Brush your teeth, preferably 3 times a day, wash your face, floss, you know, keep your hygiene at peak perfection.

3. Eat good. Do not be afraid to eat. Protein intake help grow your hair, aswell as fatty acids helping your eyelashes grow.

4. Natural beauty is the best option, but if you want to wear makeup, that is totally fine!! Adding blush to the tip of your nose and cheekbones gives your face a bit of a highlight, and lipgloss well…. Its pretty lol.


5. Exercise but don’t overdo.

6. Find a hobby. Something to make you happy, something to revive your health.

7. BE. KIND. What’s the point of being pretty if you have an ugly, rotten heart.

8. Don’t be someone your not. Twisting your personality for someone else will result is tragedy-

9. Hang out with good people. Respect your parents. Overall, be a good person ❤

10. Trust me when i say.. feel good about yourself!! That’s the MAIN key. Find a safe space, take care of yourself and your health, both physically and mentally!!

11. Skin care products have somewhat helped me, if you want to try that, go right ahead!!

For all of the young kids I recommend skincare that’s good for you! Try a Avenida baby moisturizer and a simple lip balm and if you want to be fancy try everden!

I have a bedtime routine for night owls, I used to go to bed at like 1 am every night but I go to bed at 10-10:30 and wake up at 7 am, it’s literally helped me so much and I 100% recommend if you like to stay up late but need to get more sleep. 💘

Most people suggest showering, then skipping the next day, then showering, to give our bodies time to build back the certain bacteria‘s our bodies need, because if we do it every day we don’t give our bodies enough time to build back that good bacteria, do what you want, and no hate I’m just saying, love your Chanel ❤️
