Finding this video 2 years later, and this is a great video not only for setters, but hitters as well, especially newer players. I've been setting for a long time and played with various players. As much as we want to provide the perfect set at all times, some don't realize just how much more brain power it takes before we set the ball.

Do you have a video for back setters DIGGING when the opponent attacks? Like position and and WHEN to start approaching the ideal setting position for an attack? When i play setter im always afraid that my TM will dig really low and i often cant run into the position in time, like ill always have to dive to set.
