This is actually very sad, I felt her pain when she said that she and her boyfriend have been dating for 8 years, and yet when Steve asked whether her boyfriend is in love with her, she had no answer. The problem is we women feel lonely when we are single, and then we jump into a relationship and think it's the best thing ever when it's still early days and the other person is still "putting their best foot forward." As time goes on, the other person reveals who they really are, and by then we've invested so much time, energy, and emotion into the relationship, that it seems impossible or too painful to walk away.
