I love to make cinnamon spiced lemonade, use 1 cup of water, 2 table spoons of lemon juice, 2 table spoons of sugar, a pinch of cinnamon powder, corriander for that freshness (Optional) it tastes great and you get the health benafits from cinnamon, be aware the cinnamon powder doesnt sink but you can still drink it, just be sure to mix good.

So it can't be true you need 1 CUP of cinnamon, the video didn't state the dilution amounts. What a BLATANT error in the video. The other info was great.

So if the other commenters are correct and you might consider 2 teaspoons a day, you'd mix your own drink based on how much liquid you'd drink per day. So if I drank 4 cups of coffee a day, I would consider 1/2 teaspoon in each cup.
