To think I got fired for being too nice to my people when I was managing my team. I know they got me so wrong, when I was right for being who I was.

Being there for others emotionally is very natural for me. It is easy to get lost in the depths of their state.

The hard part is being stronger than their turmoil in order to provide the best support.
