Thanks for these. (I teach them.) The great thing about soft skills is that you can take them with you; they are always in demand, especially by hiring managers and especially now. WSJ, Forbes, and others emphasize them above hard skills.

Great video! My main problem is working with others who have these underdeveloped soft skills. It can be a real pain to work with someone who isn't good at communicating or good at working in a team.

Recently found your channel. My most recent supervisor had none of these skills and I always wonder how she was able to get her position. I ended up resigning due to the work environment being toxic. She created conflicts. But it is good to have these skills...it's a must
