Currently sad since I lost my account due to my stupidity. But I trust in Hoyoverse in retrieving my account, and I pray it will be safe.

My genshin account got hacked due to my stupidity but I got it back in 3 days. Be as elaborate as possible when adding the additional notes or information. Here's what I added
I added the number of times my display name and picture was changed
The 5stars I had, their pity, the date i recieved them and whether it was from standard banner or character banner and whether I won or lost the 50/50.
Also added my highest record in spiral abyss, the unique achievements I had and the easy achievement that I didn't do.
Plus the number of breaks(more than 15 days) I took in genshin.
These all details helped me to retrieve my genshin account faster.

Hopefully this works as one day i decided to log into my friends Star rail account to do their dailies and when i tried getting back into mine the way i logged in had a whole other account logged into and i lost my account that was pretty good and id hate to restart everything with different characters. I even tried other log in emails and third parties i use to make an account and it wasnt connected to any of them.
Even if this doesn't work for me this video was very useful.

It took 4 days for me
12 hours took them to reply my first email
Another 12 hours for them to email me the account recovery form
And waiting for 3 days until they inform me that i got my acc back. Thanks a lot man

This happened a few minutes ago. I decided to make a new account since I was bored in Genshin and once I logged back in to my original account, all the data was lost. I also noticed that the password this time was different. Idk if someone hacked my account (which is VERY LESS LIKELY) since I have never shared any details from my account to anyone + only my friends know my UID. Hoping I get it back <3

Tip: create new fresh email/account in case your previous email address got hacked.

For Honkai Star Rail, finding the first day you log on just go to the data bank and see when you obtained Dan Heng and March!

Okay so, i deleted genshin cause of glitch (no sound in the game) it happened before so i wasn't worried but when i reinstalled it, it put me in the asia server (im on eu) so when i switch to eu, it said something like data cant be shared to servers something like that. Does that mean my game restarted? I played the game before i uninstalled it to check if there was a sound and there wasn't so i uninstalled. And now its downloading resources but its taking forever, before i uninstalled it says the same thing but it was much faster. So does that mean my game is has been restarted?
