thank you.. when i fell asleep while playing it and when i woke up the genshin data that i've downloaded is gone. i'm shocked, panicked, and literally almost crying. i just got kazuha for like a week and i dont want to lose him :( within the sumeru update will come out, i dont want to reset my progress. i hope this will work..<33 (doing an update after i got my account)
