How I Eat Raw Liver

Показать описание
This is how I prep and eat raw beef liver
First I put my frozen liver on the cutting board and let it warm up for 15 minutes
Its actuality a lot easier to cut and there's less contamination when it's mostly still frozen
After 15 minutes I'll grab a paper towel for my hand, a serrated edge knife, and start cutting/sawing the partially frozen liver
Liver thaws really fast so I'll start to bag the pieces and put them in the freezer even as I'm still cutting
After I've cut about 15 half ounce to an ounce slices everything goes into a bag, then in the freezer
I eat it raw and frozen because it's much more palatable this way. Thawed liver literally makes me gag
Make sure your liver is grass fed and if it tastes too metallic, don't eat - it's low quality
Because I eat it at 5am, I don't have time to cook it, plus I'd never be able to make it taste good anyway
I also get my liver from a local rancher so I worry less about contamination
Grass fed Beef liver is the ultimate multivitamin and can help people become metabolically healthy and even with fat loss. It's 100% worth it
