I watched so many videos on wu Wei, this one is the best, put simply and clearly. Thank you again, Tekson Teo. I have commented before on this video. It struck me so much, today needing to know about Wu Wei, I came back to your video.

Beautifully explained. I'm starting to learn more about Taoism and Wu-Wei, as this video helped me understand the basics. Thanks for putting in the time and effort (or non-effort) to make this. Please keep making more videos on this concept of effortless action.

Thank you for sharing this Tekson! I have been looking into non-doing or prefer to call it non-striving.

Do you find that non-striving can bring us to mindfulness easily? It seems maybe it is just from this vantage point that if I just Stop, just completely stop seeking 100% (anything) then all that is left is just This (Now), peace, joy, contentment because non-striving has taught me that attention to what is happening in this moment is all that we really have. Time, past and future, are just concepts, necessary for day to day life but spiritually speaking there is no future to get to. There is no there - actually "there" to get to. Same with past and historical personal projections on this moment, if past personal projection is allowed, then the moment becomes stale because it is compared to past experiences in our "filing" system and life is not fresh and new when it is compared with the past.

I am wondering if you would feel so inclined, could you explain or point out any clarity on the above text from Taoist point of view or from personal experience please?

Thank you for your very clearly explained video. 🙏

Even by trying to put wu wei into practice, you are missing the mark.
