Before restructuring the company, the board should restructure the executive team first. It shouldn’t be a surprise to executives regarding the financial situation. But they act like they knew it yesterday. The layoff is just a cost of your previous mistake, it can't prevent u creating new one. It won’t go anywhere with the same team.

I hope this amazing American company to turn around. But I doubt if they can overcome technological gap.

Technically, Intel is super oversold. Think a reversal back to $35 is inevitable. Watch for this big move just around the corner.

Big corporate restructuring takes money and lots of it but more important you need a plan. A plan that lays out every step, how and why, it seems to me that Pat has been delivering that message, whether he will deliver the goods at the end remains to be seen but for investors if you don’t have the patience for this type of investment there are many more stocks out there that are short term gains.
