It's such a shame people hate on this guy. He could spend his millions on a yacht, lavish parties, endless booze, cars, etc.--and no one would bat an eye. But here he is trying to develop the ultimate healthy lifestyle and freely share that journey with everyone, and people meet that with snark at best and outright righteous rage at worst. If he gets people to willingly treat their bodies in a healthier way, which he has, then more power to him. He publishes all of his data for free, which is more than nearly everyone in the "fitness influencer" space can claim. He probably won't beat death, but his protocol is having a positive, life-changing effect on people who otherwise would be addicted to any number of self-destructive habits.

Is it just me or does he not look terrible? His face looks frail and older than 46

The fact this guy is spending his fortune to share this protocol with others for free is fascinating. If he actually proves to masses that lifestyle really changes how you age, this can really transform population and bring more anti-aging solutions to the table in future!! Keep it up Bryan and don't listen to haters! The world needs people like you. Aging needs to be solved asap!

its not just the savouring of food, but the overall well being from being super healthy is a far higher quality of life than someone that doesn't take their health seriously. Ive been following Bryan for most of the year now and trying to reverse 30 years of very poor health, the greatest improvements from going to the gym 3 days, eating super healthy & taking a bunch of supplements, is massive improvements in general well being and energy, life is much easier when you have general well being and energy

he's not only living longer, he's living authentically and compassionately. this man is offering his blueprint for free - he's not looking for a grift, he's FINDING a cure for our sick society.

forget identity politics and division, blueprint is showing us that we are all organic forms of life with boundless awareness, capability and compassion.

screw politics, i'm gonna watch this guy.

All that money and contacts and no one to hook him up with a decent hair colourist. Few things more ageing than a dye job that is too dark.

Why does this guy keep appearing on news when he more or less looks his age and there are many people his age or older who look much younger without doing anything expensive?

His liver is getting damaged, just look at his face.

I think about my husbands mom who smoked for 65 years and ate whatever she wanted. She died at 86 from congestive heart failure but was always in her right mind.

To me his body is the only thing that looks really young. His face looks mid 40s. I'm mid 40s as well but look mid or early 30s. I still have people at the doctors who are blown away thinking I'm late 20s on occasion. I've eaten okay-ish, worked out fairly often. Nothing excessive like this guy. I will say my body is more on the muscular and fatter side vs super lean. I can't see my lower abs.

Your local porch uncle surviving off of whiskey and cigarettes has outlived all these guys, and will outlive this one too. Fact of life.

I can name so many people who look way younger than him at age 46, apart from that I'm sure he must be at the peak of health though but in terms of appearance I would have thought he was over the age of 50.

wipe that make up and hair dye off of him and he'll look 55
