Hi Pre. When you were having labour pains, you barely cried or maid a lot of noise. You would just say this was a long contraction, how were you managing to stay that calm?

Ma I've been trying to do the perineal massage but its I feel little pains. Also I dont know if Nigerian nurses will let me stay in that position
