EASY & FAST Baby Back Ribs In the Oven! | Asian Sticky Ribs Recipe

There more than one great way to cook delicious baby back ribs in the oven! This Asian Sticky Rib Recipe is a great rib recipe that doesn’t require 6 hours or foil wrapping. An easy rib recipe for a weeknight where you don’t have all day to get these ribs on the dinner table!

INGREDIENTS

• 1 rack baby back pork ribs; trimmed, membrane removed, and cut into 3-4 bone sections

Rib Seasoning
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
• 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
• 2 tsp Chinese Five Spice powder
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 2 tsp baking powder

Sweet & Spicy Glaze
• 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
• 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
• 3 tbsp plum sauce
• 2 tsp maple syrup
• 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
• 2 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp garlic chili paste

Garnish
• scallion greens, finely sliced
• pickled chili peppers, finely sliced
• black & white sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 375F, convection setting on. (385-395F if no convections setting)
2. Season cut and trimmed ribs with Rib Seasoning
3. Place on a baking sheet meat side up and bake in oven for 30-40 minutes or until ribs show a little browning.
4. Remove ribs from oven, reduce temperature to 300-325F, flip ribs so bone side is up and bake for another 45 minutes.
5. Remove ribs, return temperature back up to 375-385F. Flip ribs meat side up and brush with glaze.
6. Place back in oven and bake for about 5 minutes to set glaze a little.
7. Remove from oven, transfer to serving platter and garnish with sesame seeds, scallion greens and pickled chili peppers.

Taste is awesome!!! But i can’t get the tender “almost fall off the bone” ribs when i cooked high heat with this method. But very delicious.
