I try go to bed each night with the thought 'Today, I lived my whole life'. In the morning, I try to remind myself that it is a privilege to live again. Thinking these things really helps me have gratitude and more deliberately engage with the events of the current day.

Whatvif i believe that I know the past? Or know that I know the past? It is more likely I believe the past...since i never lived the past. Whether you know it believe it or forgot it...I can tell you that if you neglect the present you should fear the future.
