The last few months have been pretty hard on me mentally and physically, and there are some things I need to change. I want to sleep better (and longer), I need to take time for myself in the morning and not rush directly to work, I want to nourish my body every day not just not and then, and I want to move my body daily. These are my self care habits that I want to incorporate into my daily routine.
